Since its launch in 2014 with a founding grant from THI, ReGeneration has become one of Greece’s most impactful youth employment programs. It has created over 4,290 job placements, partnered with more than 2,000 companies, and unlocked more than €30 million in salaries for young professionals. Through its general and specialized academies, the program has delivered approximately 1.5 million hours of soft and hard skills training, preparing graduates to thrive in the modern job market. ReGeneration empowers young Greeks with the skills, experience, and confidence to launch meaningful careers. In 2025, it aims to create at least 240 high-quality jobs—investing in the next generation and the future of Greece’s workforce.
The Hellenic Initiative (THI) is a global, nonprofit, secular institution mobilizing the Greek Diaspora and Philhellene community to support sustainable economic recovery and renewal for Greece and its people. Our programs address humanitarian aid through strong nonprofit organizations, led by heroic Greeks that are serving their country. They also build capacity in a new generation of heroes, the business leaders and entrepreneurs with the skills and values to promote the long term growth of Hellas.
