With THI’s support, SEV is expanding Skills4Jobs, a program that equips graduates of Initial Vocational Education and Training (IVET) with the technical, soft, and digital skills most in demand by employers. The program links training directly to job opportunities within SEV member enterprises, ensuring real-world impact. THI funds support its delivery in Attika, Central Macedonia, and the Peloponnese in 2025, aiming to train 100 young people and create 100 quality technical jobs.
